1. TERMS AND DESCRIPTION OF THE MARKETING PERMISSION SERVICE

General terms and conditions of the web pages of Consumering Gestão de Marcas Unipessoal Lda (hereinafter referred to as "CONSUMERING"), which operates in the marketing area, promoting hobbies and advertising competitions and other forms of promotion of products and services (hereinafter referred to as "hobby and advertising contests").

2. ACCESS AND USERS

Access to a CONSUMERING website implies the user's full and unreserved acceptance of all TERMS OF USE. If you do not fully accept any of the conditions set out, you will not access / use the website. By consulting, using or downloading the content of the page, you agree to respect the terms of use.

3. MODIFICATIONS

To improve the characteristics and contents of the website, CONSUMERING reserves the right to modify, extend or temporarily suspend the presentation, configuration, technical specifications, contents and services of the WEBSITE, at any time, unilaterally and without prior notice to the user.

Likewise, it reserves the right to modify, at any time, these TERMS OF USE.

4. CONDITIONS OF USE

The user undertakes to make good use of the contents and services on the web that may never be used for illegal activities or that may be contrary to public order, national defense or public health. The user is expressly authorized to view all the information contained on the website, as well as to make private reproductions on their computer systems, provided that the content is for exclusive use and is not subsequently transferred to third parties.

5. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

The intellectual and industrial property rights contained in the web, its graphics and computer codes, as well as the trade names, trademarks and distinctive signs, are owned by CONSUMERING and its Sponsors and Customers.

Any reproduction, distribution, commercialization or transformation of content that has not been expressly authorized by the owners constitutes a violation of intellectual and industrial property rights, protected by law.

6. PARTICIPATION IN OR ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS

The user can correspond with CONSUMERING Sponsors or Customers who sponsor or support the contests and competitions on the site. This correspondence or participation in campaigns, including the delivery of products and the provision of services and payment for them, and any other terms, conditions or guarantees related to such correspondence or advertising campaigns, will be established only between the USER and the Sponsors or customers. CONSUMERING assumes no responsibility or liability arising from such correspondence or participation.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Access to and use of the website is the sole responsibility of the user.

CONSUMERING is responsible for services and content designed directly by itself and is not responsible for the accuracy, veracity and validity of information prepared by third-party information sources and other persons outside it.

CONSUMERING does not guarantee or will be liable for damages of any kind that result from the following circumstances:

- Non-functioning of the website or incorrect functioning of the pages; 

- Uselessness, inadequacy or invalidity of services and content offered on the website, depending on the results and expectations of the user; 

- The existence of viruses or programs on the user's computer;

CONSUMERING shall not under any circumstances, including negligence, be liable for the loss of business, access, benefits, data, indirect, secondary, special or consequential damages resulting from the access or use of services on the website, or otherwise are within its scope.

8. CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE

Due to the special conditions of the service, and to provide the most suitable service at all times, CONSUMERING may change the terms and conditions of this contract, notifying the Subscriber of the changes.

Subscriber's uninterrupted use of the Permitted Email Marketing Service shall constitute a ratification of this document, with any modifications and amendments introduced.

9. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

For the same reasons as mentioned in the lines above, CONSUMERING reserves the right to modify or suspend the marketing service allowed by email in part or in whole, without having to send any notification to the subscriber. CONNSUMERING shall not be liable to Subscriber or third parties who have exercised their right to modify or suspend the Permitted Email Marketing Service.

10. APPLICABLE JURISDICTION AND LAW

The conditions of access and use of this website will be governed exclusively by Portuguese law.

CONSUMERING and the user understand that the negotiation route is the preferred way to resolve doubts, disagreements or disputes of any nature that arise in relation to the interpretation or execution of legal or contractual provisions applicable to their relationships, including breach of obligations of the parties.
